The process/product may vary by lender, but you would obviously need to go through the application process like any other mortgage and provide your income information.

You don't put income or employment on the application, the property either throws off enough to cover the payment or more, or it doesn't.

Yes watch out for bad "handymen"  overall there are good contractors out there.

I noticed that you can finance a purchase made through Alex Cooper but they require the loan application to be made within 7 days of sale, has anyone used financing to purchase a property through Alex Cooper or other online auction websites?
