I just installed that in a kitchen and bath.

The tile guy can work in the bathrooms while the other 95% of the house is being painted.

The tenants moved out and we are moving in, but the estimate on the floors was way over our budget so we cancelled our install. 

This included removing the ceramic tile in hall and bathroom it was literally wet with cat pee on the subfloor,, the pee soaked thru the grout and was gross..

We've also had the app randomly drop certain features (like the entire "spa" button on the app) after the main unit in the house was accidentally unplugged.....forcing us to uninstall and re-install the app while testy guests look over our shoulder.   

I painted, installed laminate, tiles, fixtures, plumbing etc...I have no pets and don't smoke.

We only hired out the chimney rewrap, garage door installation and had a handyman help us get a few finishing touch items done as we expected orders.

I think all we are miss is a tile cutter lol.

So I've decided to install the fire extinguishers and double check that the smoke detectors are in working condition.

I installed a/c in both units, painted, and replaced fixtures (light switches, electical outlets with nice white ones, doorknobs with nice steel ones).
