After a few rounds of writing business plans and performing deep dive market research with the intentions of spinning up a startup together, by chance we discovered that we both share a great love and interest for Real Estate.

I've been studying Florida tax liens (certificates) for 6 months now. 

well im studying for my license & it occured to me how do wholesalers deal with that.

Also the appreciation in that area is last 12 months 8.8% and in 10 years total 19.9% average 1.76% (really don't know what this means to much but this is what I got from the demographic study I did). 

Study up on it as you need to know if your managers are doing a good job or not.

Study up on the procedure for NC tax defaults.  

I've discovered the site via the Podcast which has been a great intro.

Please let me know, but at this point after a lot of studying and a lot of thought this is where I have arrived.Well, me and the family will be moving from the DFW area to the North Atlanta area in a couple of months as I have changed JOBS.

Who knows, I maybe could have even saved her house by dealing with the lender.Now, after 5 years of study and research, feel I can take on any deal and come out smiling.

SF used to do studies and research on rent control, but then stopped doing them because they didn't like the results they were finding.
