It doesn't need to be an account owned by an LLC it can still be in your personal name.Its also probably worth investing the time into learning an accounting software like QuickBooks as you will probably grow out of your spreadsheet method quickly.Good luck!

At your current level of properties, it would be easy and inexpensive for a real estate bookkeeper to get you caught up and then train you on your preferred software or continue to help you as your portfolio grows. 

We use Tenant Turner for this and love the software. 

But I buy all software tech that gives me better clue where to buy and very detailed BRRR-focused software that's even better than what Re agent has.
