With other forms of social media, I believe colleague-ing (or "connecting" or "friend-ing") is more of a two-way street to have a conversation, whereas following is meant for someone to follow what you do (including what you post, comment, etc).

I have some money saved up that would be sufficient and some family / friends who are interested in putting some money to work, but would also be interested in alternative methods of financing to scale without the constraint of my personal capital.I'm saying all of this out loud for the social pressure on my new endeavor / goal! 

I found out about Bigger Pockets from a colleague of mine through his social media and started listening to the podcasts myself.

My goal is to get my started my presence in social media.

I am currently working on a Social media marketing agency which should be up an running within less than a month but i have always been so interested in real estate investing.

We are working on our website and have established social media platforms.

What I've learned from this recent project was that in the end, likely would have been more cost effective (if not personally/socially better for my family and personal life) to just hire out everything to get it done quicker.  

Currently, I am working to save some money for the expected costs, but I don't want people to forget that I will begin my career in real estate shortly.Am I allowed to put Licensed Real Estate Salesperson - NBA (No Broker Affiliation) as my title on LinkedIn and other forms of social media in the meantime?

Once you've qualified the opportunity, you can utilize a combination of online search, social media, skip tracing and field investigation to locate your correct target principal(s).
