My aunt is gonna be buying a home and I wanna have a team in place so her buying experience goes as smoothly as it can.

I think wayne made a good point you can do alot by your self but I would maybe get a handy man on your first one to help things go smooth and he would know a good carpet installer painter etc A GC will have it done in record time but the saving want be as great if you do it your self.

I do this because I want to make sure the wholesale transaction goes off smoothly, so I use companies that can assure me they know what they are doing.

If everything is smooth then obviously no issues and great money. 

It was a cheap home on the south side and it was going smoothly at the beginning.

It'll be my first one, and I'd prefer something smooth to learn from, rather that a headache (but that's what everyone's looking for right?).

Thus far, it has been a smooth experience.
