But in Wenatchee and surrounding locations if you don't want to pay $300-400K+ or don't have the budget for that monthly payment then buying in one of the senior manufactured home communities could be a better fit.  

Washington needs to build more public housing like California's Nickerson Gardens.Then they can manage it however they want vs. trying to tell American Citizens what to do with their private property.We have much more regulation than is needed already.

War in Ukraine, War in Taiwan, War in North Korea, Covid-25, serious change in election results, China economy collapse, maybe a change or advancement in AI that wipes out IT middle/senior managers or some other industry like health care. 

Assisting citizens in times of need and special situations is understandable.

An extreme example of when people lose common sense and have a fanatical ideology, (which sadly many of our fellow citizens do) is laws, contracts etc will not be enough to safe guard private property.

She works for the Attorney General and I feel took advantage of my mother who is a senior citizen on welfare assistance in a very vulnerable time .  

They want to move  to an apt for seniors and use the rental income to help pay for the expense of their new place. 

I’ve been caring for seniors & developmentally disabled adults for the last 10 yrs & I’ve seen some awful stuff here in Arizona .

@Rita Merlo  something else to think about; even if population of US Citizens decreases, it doesn't mean we won't open the borders up for more immigration in order to get the tax base back.
