We are still trying to identify the actual leak source, and figure out how much it will cost to repair it.

This can be particularly appealing if the seller is facing financial difficulties, needs to move quickly (perhaps due to relocation, divorce, or other personal issues), or the property has little to no equity and they can't afford to sell it through traditional means without bringing money to the closing.

I owe $40K on the loan & it has a high adjustable rate of 10.5% & rising ( started out at 8%).What I'm wondering is if I should sell or keep the property.

I would recommend just taking out another bridge loan if you need more time to sell, or refinancing into a long term DSCR loan if you do not qualify for conventional loans
