Bette,Great piece for REI's.Like all IRS stuff, there are sublties, so I refer folks to IRS 587, for MORE information than they really want. ha ha

We charge a daily fee of $50 which usually will make up for it and then some plus the additional bookings who would not have booked without the option, so in my mind it is a no brainer.

Have a map ready when you do it, as well as a pencil with an eraser so you can write on the map.Good Luck!

I would recommend just going to their website and filling out the inquiry form, the agent I worked with was Kyle B but it seems like part of their schtick is that it's all technology based insurance brokering to save you $ so I don't know that reaching out to a specific agent like a normal insurance quote would work!

We haven’t pursued that a great deal but we’re open to all creative ways to structure the deals, so keep’m comin. :) If you have insights regarding best practices for offering and/or structuring the equity idea over seller financing, I’d love to connect and chat about it.
