Tenants are now automatically assigned an attorney and the attorneys are pushing tenants to apply for CERA or they won't represent them.The attorneys not only make sure the tenants apply for CERA, but also push them to follow through on the process.All the CERA apps we've done have gone through a community housing org of some kind.
