Starting out in my First multi-unit in Harrisburg!
Hey All! I am getting ready to put an offer on my first Multi-Family rental unit. Its in Harrisburg. numbers seem right. There was a bunch of updates to all three units. But after speaking to the tenants there were some repairs that will end up getting rolled on to me. I am not a handy person. I could screw up a stack of legos if you gave me a few minutes. Does anyone do business around the Harrisburg area that could recommend finding a reputable Handyman or contractor? I've used craigslist for personal needs and sometimes I come across good people and sometimes I don't. I live an hour away from the property so I want someone reliable and trustworthy. Any recommendations?
