Hi BP Folks, I am looking for a reputable and reliable company to handle the property maintenance for 3 or 4 (and possibly more) properties in the GTA - specifically Scarborough area for the first ones. 

Personally, I don't think it makes sense to quit or change jobs, until you have something of a reputation to fall back on, especially if you have a good income. 

But Amelia Island is a nice residential beach area with a classy reputation  I agree with @Sarah Lorenz that better houses get better clients.

The first rehab we did we ended up going through 4 contractors, 3 plumbers and 2 electricians by the time it was all said and done.

It will take awhile, but as you transition the tenant base from "renter" to "homeowner" you will see the park reputation improve, it will run better, and ultimately it will be a better investment to own. 

Water is off on the building now and we have called a plumber and arranged for it to be fixed today. 

Does anyone know any reputable seasonal rental management companies in sarasota fl you would recommend?

So can I change my house locks for safety and security reasons if that has bad reputations with laws.

I purchased full dwelling coverage for this unit through a large reputable insurance company.
