Hi everyone,Can anyone refer me to a structural engineer who can give me an assessment and an estimate on a tilted foundation issue?

I used their deposit to replace all the carpet and have the house professionally cleaned, at first everything was fine, its been about 2 months now, and the new tenet is complaining of  a really strong cat (probably Urine) smell in the master closet, an area we had the carpet replaced. it is a slab foundation, any cheap tricks to get it fixed, I honestly don't know what to do, I would have thought to hire cleaners or replace the carpet, but both have already been done.Thanks in advance for your help,Nick

To @Dana Whicker's point, yes, I am having the flat section of a roof replaced as it is causing problems.The roofer is at the job site right now and has already begun pulling off the old roofs, and I unfortunately am not there to see it as I got called into work.  

Some companies have an overlay which requires more down. ( we require 20% down on Conventional Loans )Credit Score generally needs to be mid 600'sAlso most lenders require a structural Engineer's Cert as well as the affidavit of affixture. 

A little about me: As my profile states, I am a live audio engineer, which means that I am traveling for work nearly 9 months out of the year.

LOL I would like to find one large unit to start and slowly obtain a few large units to replace my rat race figure. 

I do have a couple of recommendations for you though; Ask the listing agent ' Is there anything aside from price that the seller would prefer to have in an offer,' such as Specific closing date, or a lease back so that they may find a replacement property, etc....I have found this to be a very effective way to extract some of the seller motivation.

To find this you use the 3 approaches in valuations, the market, the income and the replacement approach.
