If you have to sell quickly or hold for 10 years what do those locations do for you in the property you pick?

my house rent would be 2300.

Before being approached to help with the development costs, I had considered on buying after the development was complete; 4 lots then having 4 homes built, selling 2 and keeping the other two to rent out.

We use Rentec Direct and really love it.It collects our rent, applies late fees, deposits our rents in our bank account, tracks expenses, screens our tenants, markets our properties, generates forms we can send out for docusigning by our tenants, tracks leases, and much more.  

I would like to rent it out to traveling nurses or corporate rentals since there is a very large Navy Base there and also 2 hospitals.

I rent a unit as long term but I thought the building itself would be a great plan.

Anyone with experience renting to students in Starkville?

No strategy on if the property is in a location that will do well on Airbnb.

We actually rented the unit back to the existing tenants for as long as they wanted to stay because we didn’t have to do anything to the unit to start generating income.
