I’m hoping to find someone who can walk through a house with me tomorrow at 1pm and go over price estimates and previous projects for my out of state investor who is looking for a reliable contractor in Fayetteville.

I'm looking for good reliable contractors, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc in the western, ma preferably the Springfield, chicopee area would love any recommendations BP family!

Mostly sweat equity stuff in my own propertiesIt won't make you their go-to guy, but most little-to-medium size GCs would love to have a reliable guy showing up to help wrap up the tools and do some good cleaning.

Here are my current thoughts:1) Split/mini unit AC seems like a middle priced option but more reliable/comfortable than swamp cooler (at least for main floor, don’t think it would make a difference for basement)2) Central AC for probably a few grand more, maybe most comfortable and controlled for main floor and basement?
