Looking For Contractor working with Real Estate Investor

My business partner and I have been looking for a contractor for a rental property we want to buy. We've been having issues finding a reliable contractor to get us an estimate to give to our loan people.  Any contractors who do rehabs for investment properties? We are located in Pittsburgh.
