There's nothing on here that says anything about real estate or investing.I know this was just a first pass and I love the design on the back.But I really think its missing the value if you're hoping to promote BP.i.e.

Sure Karen Margrave - as long as it isn't a paid meetup or some kind of promotional thing or something with an upsell - you can post meetups in the forums, preferably in the Local Real Estate Networking & Recommendations forum!

Make sure you are prepared with materials to promote you as a buyer's agent as well as listing agent.   

Anyone in hospitality should long ago have discovered that the mattress industry is either showrooms + commissions or websites + paid promotion.

It's often promoted as a cure-all safety net for sellers, but it may well be unenforceable as a circumvention of due process of law...

I would, naturally, promote the upgrade as a selling point. 

However, the increasing promote rewards performance (or good luck).Conversely, if the deal under-performs, investors can earn up to 100% of the profits if the 8% isn't met. 

@Wayne Brooks is spot on with the 'landlords need to run around scared of a lawsuit' mentality promoted by (who else?)

Just yesterday, Senator Schumer was promoting the "Fairness Doctrine", which is aimed at eliminating right wing talk radio.
