Like I said, if they can't explain everything and answer all your questions on the spot, then they don't have enough knowledge of their product, therefore you're not getting your money's worth.

Just do what keeps you the most productive.  

Based on what I am hearing regarding the seasoning requirement, it would be a rather slow process to get more and more properties while waiting for the seasoning time period.

Obviously it's a good loan product for those that qualify, but it sounds like there are certain restrictions that aren't working for you.

If the market slowed down in 2016, there are still housing shortages in Kirkland.

The portfolio product will develop and become much more widespread over the coming years.

All I can say is slow down and take a breath.  

Being new to this style of investing though we are taking it slow and working on learning the ropes.  

I get on YouTube and view videos when I'm tired of everything else and want to fool myself into thinking I'm doing something productive.
