I hear you, I'm in the same boat here in FL and want to gravitate towards investors as well exclusively.

Solar loans are 30-50k and I believe that amount of money can be used to upgrade the homes bathrooms, kitchen or square footage instead of saving a few hundred dollars on power bill. 

The old gravity furnaces on the other hand, I don't hate (except fo the asbestos tape around the duct work and it's not usually a problem if you leave it alone)-- They are very inefficient (60%) but there is nothing at all to break, they work even in a power outage, and they put out serious heat.

So power those bad boys down without sacrificing your reserves. 

What I think is most revealing about the storyline is the power of the masses.

In other words, each series can have its separate rights, powers, duties for specific assets or liabilities and can have a separate business purpose.

So I’ve ended up paying more for a house that’s worth less. and 2) if I do an exchange and I end up in the same boat, then now I’m paying higher interest over 30 years.
