Ontario tenants are very well educated on the law and know they can lie up front about having pets and once they have possession simply bring them in.

I hear ya, and you certainly sound like a responsible owner but... not every owner is as responsible... same reason why we'd require a lead disclosure as well (...or did they 'forget' that one too)... it's not being paranoid, it's just smart business - its not that we don't trust you, heck you might not even be aware of some of the issues - right along the same reasoning as you probably wouldn't be okay with the PM covering their bases as you mentioned above but you would be horrified if a PM didn't screen your tenants (customers) before taking possession of one of your properties, why not just let everyone in?

At 17 you most likely do not possess a bachelor degree to apply for the  MBA, which is an extended time process.You can earn both real estate holdings and graduate degrees  who is most important in the pecking order you will have to determine.

When needed, I can do an eviction for non-payment of rent and have property possession back in 4-5 weeks.30k homes rent for about $600. 50k homes will rent for 700-750 and, in general, have better odds at better tenants.
