Call all the local closing attorney / title offices.  

You can always check with the recording office in the county you want to work in and pull records about the property. 

We handle everything from project scope, estimates, contracts, progress reporting and documentation utilizing our back office platform.

Do you have an attorney or loan officer prepare them? 

I'm from down south in Los Angeles (investor and loan officer), and have found great success in going an hour or so outside the city.

It's like politics, if you don't participate in the process, your complaints don't carry as much weight.Lastly, I like to know whether the building is professionally run or self-managed.  

I would not typically handle a commercial building that is office space.  

Ask the broker who their top 5 agents are in each office, and then pick up the phone and call them.
