Then after signing the tune changes and when the time comes they will work with you probably but will not say how.The truth is they will not know the lending environment then so can't stick themselves to something concrete today.This is why unless you are doing a value add or know you are holding for a short term the longer fixed term loans are better.I would take the 4.35% for seven years if it's fixed for the whole term all things else being equal.
