should I keep the pool or have it filled in?

I'm doing my first flip here in Texas, and I have a pool which all of the investors that I have spoken with say to fill it in. They say it will take about two months longer to sell and I would only get about $2000 more for the house. One of the investors even said that he has flipped homes in this particular subdivision and that he had to fill his pool in because the people over there did not want them. Now all of the realtors that I have spoken with about it say I should keep the pool, it will appraise higher and that it makes no sense to spend money of filling in a working pool. I would appreciate some feedback from you guys on this one please.

How much will it cost to bring the pool into pristine condition? What percentage of the homes in the area have pools? (look at Google Earth)

I've sold a house with a pool at above asking in a slow market. The buyers couldn't stop talking about the pool. It was this time of year.
