The BRRRR method references getting money to buy the property initially either through cash or hard money, then rehabbing, renting, and refinancing.

Hi all, I remember hearing a BP Podcast about refinancing properties, there was a comment made about refinancing out of an LLC that you own - as long as “your arms length away”, but this method was not expounded upon.

Also would love to hear input from anyone else who uses financing for their LLC and what methods they use to acquire properties.
