If you are rather new, it may influence others to some degree that you are successful enough to swing a new car, you're not a total dead beat (LOL), I see through such things, but others may look to your stature and it may help in obtaining business, a more favorable impression. 

When it comes to development, the zoning, topography of the land, the city it is located in, the neighborhood, etc. play a big part in the cost to develop it, and marketability. 

Then I began to think to myself, am I so desperate that I HAVE TO PLAY "COLUMBO".

Cash flow from a momentum play deal is different from a value play or repositioning deal. 

I ended up selling the studio equipment because it was more for recording music and had a thousand adjustments with software.I just want the best lapel mic out of the picture for sound quality and then the best lighting for plug and play person talking type recording.

Once I know that I then can play with my list and narrow it down to amore specific criteria.
