If they personally don't have any larger MFR experience, then I would suggest forming an LLC with someone who does who would be willing to jump on as a low-level equity/experience partner and that shouldn't be a problem.Good luck and let me know if I could help you put something together!

How we all get around this in the industry is the rest of the states if its a commerical purpose loan no license required..

lenders allow you to go up to 80 to 75 loan value for cash out purposes for new purchases.

I do have a wholesaler wholesaling me the deal and I will in turn wholesale to another person.

Regarding the LLC (let's call this Business B), my idea is to use the LLC to build business and corporate credit cards that I'm not personally liable for. 

After all was done the neighbors apologized for over reacting and I was now out $2400. eye roll.My personal thoughts are the danger is over blown.

Until the foreclosure is complete, the owner is the only person who can sell this property to you.
