Despite me being a direct lender and a banker, I would recommend a broker at these loan amounts as options are typically local banks based in the area where the property is located or private lenders & debt funds that may have nationwide coverage.

As far as Columbus Ohio goes, it is scalable due to the growth going on right now with Intel coming in, Nationwide Children's, and obviously campus.

This program has an 18 month cap on rent assistance, and the tenant has more than 18 months of outstanding rent.I'm curious if anyone else has found themselves in a similar scenario and what options/solutions they have came across.Thanks!

If you have other properties here you may want to look into combining all of your outstanding balances and pulling out as much cash as possible.
