The second catch is that they tend to be in areas with no appreciation so once the property is no longer a newly rehabbed property it may actually have depreciated.

So the question is, if a lien was added or reported after the bank took it back and during the period the bank owned it before selling it to me, would I be responsible for any newly added or reported liens or would it be covered by a special warranty deed?
