Your structure is complex and not cost-effective.

The top notch call center like Lamassu charge $8-20K a month, but typically work with shops doing 10+ deals a month.

I should’ve specified in my post that my HOA requires a minimum 1 month rental and I have to provide a signed lease for each rental. 

I suggest you suck it up and cover these costs and just build these costs into the rent. 

I have about $100K saved up and am able to save $4k/month.

It used to take me 6 months to complete a full rehab and have a tenant moved in.

I used to work for Japanese company and have know many friends who lived in Japan and spoke great Japanese and it seemed like about every 3 months they would have some kind of really mind altering experience culturally that was disturbing, so probably not an easy place to live or invest, even if the opportunity is there.Argentina I think prices/trades their real estate in $, so less currency risk. 

Each lender has different ownership seasoning requirements, so if you have owned it less than 3 months, your choices are limited for cash-out refinances.

I'm contemplating if it would be better off in the future to have all long term units or if there's no cost difference for types of rentals.
