I do plan to get an inspection on the building but here are my additional questions:- Should i get a broker- Should i get a real estate attorney- Do i have the right to look inside every unit (only 4) before i buy (100% occupancy)What else am i missing?

The amount of time you hold the property is inconsequential -- if you intend to flip it, it doesn't matter if it takes more than a year or not.EDIT: Looks like Brandon said the same thing I did...only better and sooner...sorry I missed that post before I wrote this!
