I understand the mentality that Kiyosaki's talking about very well.Ninety-nine times out of a hundred, a tenant who is getting a big break on rent is not going to look at a discounted rental rate, look at the market rates for the area, conclude that they're getting a break, and then resolve to take full advantage of that break.

I'm all in favor of believing I can do better with my "retirement funds" by investing them directly MYSELF, rather than giving them to fund managers who largely have a "follow the herd" mentality, which as history shows - can be very dangerous!
