I understand the mentality that Kiyosaki's talking about very well.Ninety-nine times out of a hundred, a tenant who is getting a big break on rent is not going to look at a discounted rental rate, look at the market rates for the area, conclude that they're getting a break, and then resolve to take full advantage of that break.

The problem is, a property manager will never have an “owner’s mentality.”

I believe some of them are mentally crazy.

I'm long term holder mentality

We love and welcome everyones advice and especially from new investors who share the same mentality as us and have actually started and made their first few deals.

I will be happy to connect you with whomever I feel would be an asset to your rockstar mentality. 

While there will always be another "perfect" property, ensuring you're financially and mentally prepared is critical.

I'm all in favor of believing I can do better with my "retirement funds" by investing them directly MYSELF, rather than giving them to fund managers who largely have a "follow the herd" mentality, which as history shows - can be very dangerous!

Also, don't blame other people for your situation and circumstances because then you become and live your life as the victim and have that mentality the rest of your life.

I didn't notice the difference and I mentally felt better not worrying as much and watching the bank account grow.Anyway, that's just my experience and opinion.
