As it turns out, they are claiming they can't run it through the attic (the attic doesn't extend far enough apparently) and they say they can do it 2 ways - drill a hole in the master bedroom wall that adjoins the guest bedroom where network cable is already laid. 

We are medical professionals so finding employment is not too difficult however still not sure if better to wait even with no current rent or mortgage.

Water co claimed old meters weren't counting all the water used lol.

If she claims to have set them up, contact the utility and verify.

A lot of websites claim different things so I’m now confused.

I have been approached by several lease option companies. they have a network of buyers that they place into homes and take a fee from them to do so. they claim the buyers are well qualified but just need some additional time to put on real financing. 

The tenant already sounds unreliably dishonest he/she may come back and claim they never intended to move out etc... 

Students are not a protected class, so I want to confirm if we can accept the rental application only from medical students here in New Jersey.Does anyone see any problems with such approach?
