Hello all, my name is Jerrud I am 35yrs old and I currently work full-time for a large Pharmaceutical company as an Associate in Third Party Manufacturing Quality in Saint Joseph Missouri population of  80,000 people.

I'm just looking for some advice from prior or current military members who invest that could help me from making mistakes or maybe instruct me on there point of view how to gain wealth and build a portfolio using the benefits I have earned through the military, also keep in mind I will be paid monthly for my "rent" by the government using the GI bill I will have earned.

Yesterday we instructed our attorney to move forward with the eviction process, and he'll be working on that come Monday.So here's my question...have any of you had tenants go totally MIA when they realize an eviction is imminent?

It could make much less investment sense to compare price to rent ratios as if these two properties were next door to each other.If you use price to rent of one location and then apply that locations ratio to another property outside of that exact local market the way I see some TK promoters instruct TK buyers to do, this could lead to some very flawed investment analytics turnkey or not.Good luck!

I am selling those first two at a drastic discount, due to a variety of factors, primarily I at first did not know what I was doing and I could not mix my 1031 money in with proven programs.The ones that I followed David Lindahl's Multifamily Millions book, where he gives step by step instructions on how to reposition value plays worked out amazingly well. 

I have found that buyers of manufactured homes do value permanent foundations and homes that are "on land" as opposed to in a park. 

I would make certain he is following manufacturers installation requirements.
