@Vinny Gaines Its amazing how many of the customer service reps are totally oblivious to the fact that stuff on the credit report can be revised by the agency that submits it, and added to that somethings they are rude.

BTW, RECs, HUD and other agencies have "hotlines", you don't need a loss or cause of action to report those doing wrong, they can investigate cases simply from a tip, better, a documented tip.
