The more you read, learn from the forums, and listen to BP podcasts, the more realistic the idea of buying numerous properties in 1 year will sound.

Now I've listened to almost all of the bp podcasts, read a whole bunch of books on real estate and being a landlord, and am looking to take my next educated move in real estate this year, 2017.  

If you could send me a PM with a link to what you think is your best call I would love to listen to that so I can get a feel for what it is your doing.

So if I was in your shoes, I would put a little work into the curb appeal to improve that first look.

I have found the forums on this website to be invaluable and I am an avid listener of the podcast.

I have been listening to podcast as well as doing a lot of research online about purchasing my first rental property.
