So I see a good bit of people talking about corporate housing and short term rentals but is anyone focused on blue collar workers coming in town for construction type jobs?  

Any thoughts on buying low/renting long in Pittsburgh, PA area...am thinking 50-75k (or less) homes in relatively stable, blue-collar-ish neighborhoods.

With the addition of wire pricing being through the roof and blue boxes being impossible to find (leaving only the newer expensive boxes) this price might be normal in your area.

great job but dont retire yet... taxes buddy. you'll lose at least 33% of that to income tax... more if you live in a blue state.
