Since my credit score wasn't the greatest, I bought my 2nd and 3rd property with my life's saving.

I let my busy life get ahead of me even though I know what real estate can do to someone's life.

Currently I am changing direction with the market and starting to do some new construction, creating notes, and still flipping a few properties.I am now wanting to meet and network with others that have the same drive and desire for getting the most out of life.  

No different from the mortgage, insurance, taxes, etc  that you have to keep paying while the property is empty

hello BP familyMy name is Stefan Chirila and moved in California from Romania in 2011. happy to be here and finally taking  my first action and come on board.I am 32 years old, did sport at the highest level all my life, I am married and Civil Engineer, when I moved in US I started working as a labor for a small construction company(didn't have rights, and not shame about that), throughout time I learned the language and got my rights and equivalent my degrees and eventually started to work in construction management as an assistant Superintendent for a very big GC, everything is good happy with my job with my growth in US in a very short time, but always had in me the filling that I can do more then just working hard and make money for someone else, always dream about financial freedom, never actually took actions in that direction. 

A lone handyman working out of the back of his truck usually has no insurance and also doesn't have a customer service department.

I have spent my life in the military, and then college, and then traveling for work and for pleasure, and soaking up all that there is to see and learn and do in the world... essentially doing anything but learning to build wealth, and setting down roots somewhere. 

I really want to get a local, first-hand homeowner with some experience to talk me through the complicated flood and wind insurance that is required down here.
