ya the little old lady got taken advantage of and she even gave them 30 days !

So I am now working on an outline of an actual plan for my real estate investing career to mold my future into what I really want it to look like and am excited to have this resource at my fingers to assist along the way.I'm very interested in Multi-Family buy and hold rentals as my main focus in the Youngstown Ohio market and glad to see that there are several other BP members in my area as well, looking forward to connecting! 

There is one lady that has been in it 20+ years...  

I know there was a well documented case in CO of unconscionable profits being brought against a wholesaler dont know the outcome.. but the elderly lady that sold it happened to have a son who was very politically connected and he went ballistic.

Since Expedia bought them out they want their fingers in the pot WAY TOO MUCH. 

I have already burnt my fingers investing in this shady company, so trudging carefully.

But we have 2 adult ladies.
