Regarding early termination of the lease agreement our lease states "Any notice to terminate this tenancy must comply with the applicable legislation of the State ofMissouri (the "Act")."

@Eric Brust I think there are a lot of great areas around the country as well as internationally.

Maybe when legislators find out there isn't enough affordable housing provided by landlords they will realize what a big mistake they have made.I'll take a guess that this in in California where businesses are being forced to close their doors because they can't afford the high cost minimum wage and also can't afford automation products either.

Having said that, if you're like me, concepts don't really "sink in" or get internalized until you have an actual potential "deal" or transaction to check out or pursue and you've got to execute the steps and do things that you don't yet know how to.

I would double check with your attorney, and if FCIs internal BK department doesn't do this paperwork have yours file it.
