., you never know the motivations for purchases in a place like the Smokies.I wouldn't be surprised if some folks were buying them to offset income.

The underwriting is based primarily off of the property, not you as the borrower so the main factors evaluated are property value, DSCR ratio (cash flow), LTV, and FICO.Also, I am from Boston and know the area well.

I wanted to know if anyone would have some guidance on a few things. 

I don't know what will become of the company at the end of this time limit, but I don't want to wait to see, so I'm viewing this period of 5 years as the amount of time I have to hustle to get my real estate portfolio built out so that I have my own exit strategy.

Ltr makes a difference in cost since I know the cost will already be going up from my current policy.
