In my experience 99.9% of home buyers prefer buying a home with no electric bill as opposed to an identical home with an electric bill, so I believe solar differentiates the home from close comps at the very least and increases salability.

In my research it seems like a mixed signal of you can "get away with it" to this would be legit loan fraud with potential foreclosures if the loan is pulled and jail time.

Remote notarization is fairly new in some states, and I'm a bit concerned that suddenly introducing it like this could lead to a lot of fraud and just headaches as people learn how to use the technology.I know a lot of escrow offices and title companies are still open but aren't allowing anyone but employees inside, or are working from home.I can't say that I've done "curbside" closings yet, but 2 days ago I did a 100+ page refinance outdoors using a clipboard.
