My father passed away before I could ask about owning home.

Hello Bigger pockets friends,

My father passed away recently. He was very sick I didn't get to ask him If I could fully own his home and passed before I could. It's worth about 350k/400k I own about 15percent of it but there are other beneficiaries. I want to buy them out but I don't want to take out a big loan with a traditional bank because I don't want it to effect buying a primary home in CA. I plan with my dads property in New Hampshire to rent it out and hold onto it keep it in the family. Plant a tree in his memory. I was wondering if there's a private investor on here that would want to help me figure this out?  Is there any on here that could help or steer me in the right direction to make this happen?

Thank you.

Best,

Matty
