I used to be able to but I had to clear my cache on my iPhone and now I am only able to access the mobile version.

A lawyer who is not a "title company" can just do standard closing docs (transfer of deed) that you could download yourself offline, and have the same protections. 

I had an i phone before and am not a fan, so this post is going out to the "non apple" people.I want to keep my costs down as well, so any suggestions on where you have found a good place online to get a phone?

If you just download some free documents off the internet, you have no guarantee of any of those things. 

@Joseph FirminI signed up for the trial run of REIPro, because it offered some lead sources that I liked.I created various lead lists and downloaded them into my DB.

Their $9/month product allows 20 downloaded bank transactions, which may work for you at this stage.  

I cannot look right now but are there land contracts on BP available for download?
