I'm about to finish my Master's degree, then looking to get nice little job and to invest in real estate. 

After realizing my bachelors degree would did not prepare me start a career.

I am also finishing up my degree so I am focusing on next week meeting, hope to see you there. mmm BEER

You are winging it, to some degree. 

It's going to take a lot of work and effort to be successful in real estate so start with your research.That being said, yes, I have an accounting degree and began a very successful career in accounting starting out as well.

Hello everyone, my name is Daniel Kim I am 21 years old about to graduate from Arizona State University with a degree in Finance.

I would have to supervise more, provide all materials, and to some degree, work along side them.

@James CarolloI'm going against the grain here.  4 year degrees (and higher education) offer more in life, and will always have their place. 

However, I will admit I am still in the beginning phase of trying to determine which investment route is best for my personality, work ethic, and desired lifestyle.In order to support myself while completing an internship and the final year my second degree, I had no choice but to withdraw my retirement fund to keep up with my bills.
