That they turn units quickly and are very proactive.And while high occupancy doesn’t answer every question and there are ways to inflate it (undercharging), it’s a great starting point.

It took several tries over the years to develop a team of contractors, plumbers, roofers, electricians, etc but I believe I now have a team that I highly trust.

FPE Stab-Lok breakers (red strip across the front, often says Stab-Lok somewhere on the panel) have a very high chance of not tripping when shorted or overloaded.
