There are some parts of Manassas that are considered the "Rural Crescent" and developers are having a tough time fighting to develop in those areas as they are restricted by type of sewer, etc.

Juan, its not so easy, cause you are miles away, the prices are very attractive, and the rental estimate too, but be very careful, get a lawyer , chec on Hoa restrictions , and vacant rates, sometimes wonderful deals and numbers become nightmares.

There are a few suburbs who do things differently though... in Euclid for instance the sewer charges are actually included on the water bill (which is billed through Cleveland Water), in Cleveland Heights they use Cleveland Water, NEORSD, and ALSO a third billing agency specific for Cleveland Heights, in Bedford you just get one bill from the city of Bedford that includes everything.
