I would recommend doing your research and finding a company that has great reviews or try and get a recommendations from owners who utilize PM companies in the Colorado Springs area.

The best thing to do is have a conversation with a broker or lender (or a few brokers or lenders), see who you like working with and get a rough idea of how much you would qualify for based on verbal information. 

It is completely doable and a great option because you get longer tenancies with the retail.
