One nice feature is that they offer a la carte services, so you can have them handle everything, most things or just a few items.City or regional level players.

However, this board features 20+ accountants who specialize in real estate and have experience with 1031s.

If it's already clean, I'll do the necessary update and compliment original features. 

As for feature films shooting in the area, most have been indies.
