Any tips for color coordinating the new construction to gell with the old?

Some of my favorite educators/coaches: Rod Khlief, Michael Blank, Jake and Gino.

Painting remains the number one expense, but paint every house same color so you can match everything (nomadic taupe from Dunn Edwards in my case).

I have been pretty active with the BP books/podcasts.That being said, I would love to know what your favorite or most valued book/audio book is outside of BP! 

So you cannot choose a person based on skin color, sex, ect.

Hey guys, I am putting together my first yellow letter marketing campaign any recommendations on what kind of envelope to use I really want to get the owner to open it is there a certain color or type that you've found gets a better response rate?

I am planning on painting it more modern colors, furnishing it, and marketing it as a corporate rental or month to month furnisehd rental once the current tenants leave.

I have looked at over 5 properties in this price point in my favorite West Side locations.

My favorite ones are the ones written by a younger Millenial or Gen Z who declares himself retired at 24 because they make 40k a year in passive income.
