@Curtis Reid it may be helpful to mention whether you're looking to become a syndicator or looking to actively/passively partner with one.  If you're looking for education on becoming one you're definitely on a great platform to get started. Some of my favorite educators/coaches: Rod Khlief, Michael Blank, Jake and Gino. You can also search: books on real estate syndication.
